Petit Lagon is a splendid villa with a magnificent sea view, situated in the exclusive Domaine du Levant residential estate, beside Petit-Cul-de-Sac. It is a highly comfortable, modern villa which has been renovated very recently.

You can help yourself to a continental breakfast each morning, and you also have unlimited access to gym facilities and the tennis court within the Domaine as well as their private beach.

It is worth noting that a group needing 5 bedrooms can be accommodated by renting the nearby villa Lagon Jaune in conjunction with this property. Please contact us if this is of interest.

The village of Lorient, with its shops and restaurants, is about 7 minutes from the villa.

Your concierge will be pleased to make reservations for you during your stay, for example: a day trip on a boat, a scuba diving lesson, or any other type of water sport; leisure activities such as a massage; restaurant recommendations and reservations; and home services such as catering or babysitting... as well as advice on which places are most popular and trendy at the moment on the island. The prices shown here are based on a one week rental, that is 7 nights, according to the number of bedrooms booked. However, arrival and departure dates are flexible, so any variation will cause the price to be calculated on a pro rata basis. Prices are inclusive of maid service on each working day, upkeep of the garden and the pool, and household and bathroom linen. There is no cash security deposit to hand over, but on arrival you will be asked to sign a registration form and to give details of your credit card as a guarantee. You will choose the number of bedrooms at the time of booking, and you may select which bedrooms you would like to use at that same stage or later upon arrival.

A 10% administration fee will be added to the price above, to include the concierge service, your personal welcome at the airport or ferry terminal, with your rental vehicle made available to you, your welcome gift, a comprehensive welcome tour of the villa and ensuring any questions you have are answered, euro/Dollar exchange rate fees, and management expenses. A further 5% will also be added to cover the tourist tax which is due to the St Barts authorities.

The prices are dependent on the US Dollar exchange rate; you will be advised of the final exact rental price at the time of booking, plus 15% to be added as described above.
